Description

Protecting the environment means combining the

needs of people with the requirements of today’s

advanced technologies. PLANTOMOT disproves the

commonly held opinion that high performance and

environmental protection are incompatible. Innovative

products such as PLANTOMOT 5W-40 are

environmentally beneficial in:-

Application

High performing energy conserving SAE 5W/40 oil for

normally aspirated and turbocharged diesel and

gasoline engines in cars, vans, buses and industrial

machinery.

All engines, regardless of their performance, can be

changed to PLANTOMOT 5W-40 without prior

flushing.

Universal, all season application.

Specifications

PLANTOMOT 5W-40 is tried and tested and meets

the following classifications, specifications and test

procedures: -

· API CF-4/SG

· Special approval DEUTZ-MWM

· Special approval Kubota

· Special approval SISU

· Special approval Zetor

Advantages / Benefits

· Biodegradable according to

CEC-L-33A-94 greater than 80%1).

· Excellent cold start-ups even at very low

temperature.

· About 30% quicker oil circulation, therefore

less engine wear and up to 4.5% lower fuel

consumption2). Up to 20% less oil

· Significant reduction in evaporation loss,

therefore fewer particle emissions. A very

low tendency to vaporise, results in

extraordinarily low oil consumption.

· PLANTOMOT is classified in the Water

Pollution Category 13), which minimises the

risk of pollution when spillages occur in

protected water zones or in streams.

· Perfect function of hydraulic tappets.

· Excellent shear stability, ensures no viscosity

loss even during extended drain interval
