Fuel preliminary heating for installation into any fuel line, to fit 8mm, 10mm
or 13mm Inside Diameter Fuel Lines.
ATG Diesel-Therm 12V - universal version No. DHS12 for preliminary
heating of Diesel or bio fuels (RME, bio Diesel, vegetable oil) and avoids
waxing or clogged fuel filters.
The following components are included: electrical instantaneous water
heater (approx 200 W, length approx 6 cm), thermostat (temperature control),
rotary switch with control light, (indicates when heater is on), relay,
wiring loom with protective sleeving and relay base, fuse carrier with 16A
fuse, accessories bag including lugs and clips etc, detailed fitting
instructions, general operating permit.
The universal version is spliced into the fuel line so it always fits.
The universal version is usually fitted just before the filter inlet, for
cars and light commercials 8mm is usual, more often in trucks and tractors
10mm and 13mm is required. Alternatively the Diesel-Therm can be inserted
just before fuel pumps, valves, etc.
