Fuel preliminary heating for installation into the inlet of fuel filters
having either 14mm x 1.5 or 16mm x 1.5 threads to 8mm, 10mm, or 13mm ID fuel
lines.
ATG Diesel-Therm 24V - filter version No. DH24 Thread M14x1.5 or thread
M16x1.5 for preliminary heating of Diesel or bio fuels (RME, bio Diesel,
vegetable oil) and avoids waxing or clogged fuel filters.
The following components are included: electrical instantaneous water
heater (approx 200 W, length approx 8.5 cm), thermostat (temperature
control), rotary switch with control light, (indicates when heater is on),
relay, wiring loom with protective sleeving and relay base, fuse carrier
with 16A fuse, accessories bag including lugs and clips etc, detailed
fitting instructions, general operating permit.
The filter version is screwed in at the filter inlet in place of the
existing hollow screw (banjo) (spanner size 19mm for M14x1.5 22mm for
M16x1.5).
The filter version is used more often in trucks and tractors or with
older vehicles. Alternatively the Diesel-Therm can be inserted just before
fuel pumps, valves, etc.
